4. ESTIMATION OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY ON THE BASIS OF A NORMATIVE DYNAMIC MODEL

       Abstract

       Currently one of the success factors of any business is the continuous development of management information systems, which allow for the provision of timely the information that is necessary and appropriate for making decisions and changing the strategy and tactics of the enterprise activity.

       The most important components of information systems are normative dynamic models, the construction of which enables the establishment of a normative order of indicators in accordance with their growth rates and characterizing the etalon dynamics of the enterprise. The actuality of the development of such models is caused by the fact that the normative arrangement of indicators can serve as a standard and guiding line for the estimation of the actual dynamics of the enterprise and its functional services.

       The aim of this article is to create a set of general and individual analytical indicators of personnel management efficiency and the development of the normative dynamic model for estimating the efficiency of the personnel management system. The article also contains recommendations on the application of the obtained model as an etalon arrangement of the indicators.
