Publishing ethics:
The authors are requested to adhere to the ethical principles of their manuscripts (link to instructions: https://www.jhrm.eu/publication-ethics-statement/). Once the article is uploaded (submitted) to the JHRM editorial office, the article is checked for plagiarism through an anti-plagiarism system. If plagiarism is identified, the author is contacted to be informed of this fact, and the paper is rejected. All authors submitting a paper to the JHRM confirm by signing the Publishing Agreement that they accept all ethical and publishing standards of the JHRM (see Publishing Agreement).

Authors submit manuscripts in compliance with the requirements for the structure, formatting and bibliographic references:

Authors, who are ready to share their views and findings with others in the field of HRM and related issues, are invited to submit their papers through the editorial system (Click to open Editorial System).
Article scope:
The manuscripts are limited from 5 to 15 thousand words.
Publication fee:
No submission, publication, or processing-related fees are charged by the JHRM.
Important Deadlines:
The JHRM is published twice a year. For the first issue, the articles must be submitted by the end of March and for the second issue by the end of September every year. Authors, who are ready to share their views and findings with others in the field of HRM, are invited to submit their papers.
Open Access:
JHRM is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles or to use them for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission request from the publisher or the author.
