Abstract
Total Rewards strategy has been used more and more by managers of national and international companies. HR
management treats reward management strategies and approaches in the same way that it treats recruiting,
talent and development. Therefore, the Total Rewards strategy needs to be analysed and practiced in
accordance with company and HR strategies. In this article, we present the Total Rewards strategy
transformation through time and trends in accordance with HR strategy and indirectly its influence on
organisational strategy.
