Abstract
This article presents a brief description of the evolution of diversity management. Defining diversity and diversity management properly is necessary in order to create and implement a good diversity management strategy, and to do so we need to understand how diversity management has evolved. Global companies and organizations are familiar with the terms diversity and diversity management. However, not all of them have a working concept of diversity management because they fail to fully understand the meaning of diversity and diversity management.
