ABSTRACT:
After much time in real world you gather firsthand experience of several different jobs, places and duties. Whether in a public or private organization few people seldom take the time to reflect and analyze the previous or present organizational structure of their jobs. Most people only want to know three or four practical issues: what is my job as a worker or employee, what is my responsibility, who is my immediate boss that I report to, when and how much will I be paid. Often people do not realize that they are talking about the essential parts of an organizational structure. It doesn´t occur to them that these organizational structures are necessary so that particular, concrete function can be fulfilled. If you don´t believe this then you won´t realize that the organizational structure is crucial to the health and welfare of the organization as a whole, as well as the individuals within the organization.
KEY WORDS: organizational structure, job, responsibility, organizational welfare.
