ABSTRACT:
In the last twenty – thirty years concept of social capital has gained significant attention of academicians and practitioners from different backgrounds. Between them there are plenty of backing and opposition. Scientists sympathetic to the concept of social capital usually try to stress the positive externalities of this phenomenon thus reaping the critics. Negative outcomes of social capital wantonly are left without properly attention. So, there is attempt in this article to summarize the fragmented and scattered references on negative social capital and present a systematic view on the way that social capital from god becomes bad in.
