ABSTRACT:
The contribution submitted is aimed at one of the most important aspects of developing the strong corporate culture in the particular conditions of chemical enterprises participating in the economy of the Slovak Republic. Right away at the beginning it is necessary to note that this problem is nowadays highly topical, although in the present economic practice the minimum attention is being paid to it.
